Payment and Delivery
Payment: We accept payment via PayPal (you do not need a PayPal account to use this service, just select "pay as a guest" and you can then choose to pay by credit or debit card). This is a secure service and we do not see any of your payment details. Paypal will just send us a notification of payment email.
Postage and Delivery:
Delivery to a UK address is £3.50 (*excluding Channel Islands over 1 kg.)
We use either Royal Mail 2nd class "Signed For" for small parcels up to 2 kg or 2-4 day courier for all large boxes or parcels over 2 kg
We can offer first class postage or next day courier at cost, please contact us before ordering and we can give an accurate postage price.
*Please note that orders over 1 kg to the Channel Islands are classed as Airmail by Royal Mail so sadly are not covered by our £3.50 delivery charges, postage costs can be quite high. Please email us before purchasing so we can supply a postage quote.
Orders are usually dispatched within 48 working hours of ordering, though please do allow extra time during busy periods. If there is to be any further delay we will notify you by email. Our working week is Monday to Friday not including Bank Holidays. We do not post out on a Saturday.
Overseas Customers: We are happy to send items outside the UK, the website is currently set up for most countries but do let us know if you have any problems using the checkout. At the moment we use Royal Mail Tracked and Signed Airmail for parcels up to 2 KG and a courier for larger parcels. We are not responsible for import taxes or for parcels being detained by customs.)
Please note: some countries have restrictions on the import of herbs and plant products. We would recommend that you check before ordering to avoid items being seized at customs as we are unable to refund for these items. It is also worth bearing in mind that, although in our experience it is rare, if your parcel is stopped by customs, you may need to pay import taxes.
Please see Terms and Conditions for information on non delivery of goods, damaged goods and return of goods.
