Terms and Conditions
Payment: We accept payment via PayPal (you do not need a PayPal account to use this method, you can use the Paypal payment system as a guest and just use your card in the usual way) We do not see any of the payment details, this is all kept secure between you and Paypal.
We welcome orders from outside the UK please see “Overseas Customers” below for more details.
Postage and Delivery: Delivery is £3.50 to the UK, including Isle of Wight and Isle of Man. (* excludes Channel Islands over 1 kg) We use the Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For service for all small parcels up to 2 kg. All large parcels or small parcels over 2 kg will be sent using a 2-4 day courier.

*Please note that orders over 1 kg to the Channel Islands are classed as Airmail by Royal Mail so sadly are not covered by our free delivery offer and postage costs can be quite high. Please email us before purchasing so we can supply a postage quote.
Order are usually dispatched within 48 working hours of cleared payment, though please allow longer at busy times of the year, our working days are Monday to Friday not incl Bank Holidays. We do not post on a Saturday. Non Delivery: In the rare event that your package does not arrive, please let us know and we will look into it with the service provider.
Courier: If required we will provide you with the tracking number for the courier and you will be able to track your parcels progress on their website. In the special instructions box on the checkout pages, please give a telephone number so that the driver can contact you if you are not at home.
Royal Mail: If no one is at home when the post man comes to deliver your item (it may not be your usual one as sometimes larger items are sent out separately) they should leave you a card. Sadly this does not always happen. If your item has not arrived after 2-3 working days or our dispatch email then please contact your local sorting office (not post office) as 9 times out of 10 your parcel will be sat there waiting to be collected.If your item is not there, please email us, we can then put in a claim with Royal Mail and either issue a refund or replacement.
Please note: Royal Mail does not consider items to be lost until after 15 days have passed, it is only after that we can put in a claim for a lost item.
Damaged Items: If your item arrives with damaged packaging and it requires signing for, please make sure that you sign it “not inspected”. If the item inside is also damaged please email us photos of both the damaged package and item to firstname.lastname@example.org. It will either be replaced or refunded and we will submit a claim to the relevant delivery service for the damage. We may ask that the item is returned at our cost to aid our claim.
Returns: Please notify us within 7 days of your item arriving If you wish to return it. please email us on at email@example.com with the following information: Name, Address, item(s) to be returned and reason for return and whether you wish to have a replacement or a refund. We will reply with a return authorisation number. Please do not return an item without this authorisation as it may not be accepted. Returns should be sent to: Freya's Cauldron, 31 Main Street, Ledston, West Yorkshire, WF10 2AB. Please note that this is a postal address only. We do not have a shop or anywhere to collect goods from.
Please Note: For hygiene and health reasons we cannot accept earrings, oils and herbs for return. We also cannot accept personalised orders or custom orders for return. Items must be returned within 14 days in original packaging and unopened. Please obtain a proof of posting as we cannot refund on lost items. This is then down to Royal Mail to refund to you.
Stock: We try to keep our stock levels accurate, though sometimes we do sell out of a item before we have a chance to update our website and put the item "out of stock", if this happens we will contact you as soon as possible and either offer a refund, alternative item or to put the item on order if we are expecting a delivery.
Overseas Customers: We are happy to send items outside the UK, to be able to provide you with a postage cost we need to know the items you would like to order so we can calculate the weight. Simply send us an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org with the items you would like and the country you would like them posted to and we can reply with a postage cost. It is sometimes cheaper to send multiple items in several parcels but we will work out the cheapest option for you. Payment for items and postage must be by PayPal and in £Sterling.
Please note: Some countries have restrictions on the import of herbs and plant products. We would recommend that you check before ordering to avoid items being seized at customs as we are unable to refund for these items. It is also worth bearing in mind that, although in our experience it is rare, if your parcel is stopped by customs, you may need to pay import taxes.

Discount Codes: Discount codes may be withdrawn at any time without any prior notification or reason given. A maximum discount will be applied to all discount codes.

Some parts of the site may have been used with the permission of the artist or supplier and the ownership remains theirs. No part of this site may be reproduced without permission from the copyright holder or material owners.
Magic and Spells: We cannot be held responsible for any outcome from using the spells, herbs, blends, oils and other magical material or workings. These are used at the user’s risk. Any items with healing properties or uses should not be used as a replacement for medical advice and treatment, please seek advice from a doctor.
By law we are required to state that all our items are sold for entertainment purposes only.
Herbs and oils should not be used by pregnant women and should be kept out of reach of pets and children as some may have side effects when miss-used. We advise that you research your herbs and oils carefully and learn their restrictions, if any. If an allergic reaction occurs, cease using immediately and seek medical advice. If you choose to use the oils to anoint yourself, we advise that you carry out a skin test first.Herbs and oils are not for internal consumption and are for craft and magical use only.
Please ensure you include a telephone number on your order, this is solely for the use of the courier. Some couriers will not accept a parcel unless we supply a contact telephone number for the recipient.
