Farm Grown Sage Smudge Stick

A white sage smudge stick, these are farm grown for commercial cultivation so not taken from wild growing plants. 

Smudge sticks are also known as cleansing sticks and are lit and allowed to smoulder which releases a cleansing smoke used for cleansing negative energy from a home, workspace etc. 

We would not recommend using these if you suffer from any respiratory conditions as obviously they give off a smoke which could affect your condition.
