Payment & Delivery

Payment: We accept payment via Stripe and PayPal. These are both secure services and we do not see any of your payment details. The payment providers will just send us a notification of payment email.

Postage and Delivery:

Delivery to a UK address is £3.50 (*excluding Channel Islands over 1 kg.)

We use either Royal Mail 2nd class (with confirmation of delivery for small parcels up to 2 kg or 2-4 day courier for all large boxes or parcels over 2 kg

We can offer first class postage or next day courier at cost, please contact us before ordering and we can give an accurate postage price.

*Please note that orders over 1 kg to the Channel Islands are classed as Airmail by Royal Mail so sadly are not covered by our £3.50 delivery charges, postage costs can be quite high. Please email us before purchasing so we can supply a postage quote.

Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days of ordering, though please do allow extra time during busy periods. If there is to be any further delay we will notify you by email. Our working week is Monday to Friday not including Bank Holidays. We do not post out on a Saturday.

Overseas Customers: Our website is set up for international post for most countries including France, Germany, Belgium, Italy, Malta, Greece, Austria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Gibraltar, Hungary, Ireland, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweeden, Switzerland, Hong Kong, China, Singapore, USA, Canada, New Zealand and Australia. If your country is not listed then please contact us to see if we can post to you. Postage costs can be high for parcels outside of the UK.

We regret we cannot mark items as gifts and full market value of all goods are displayed on the customs information.

Please note: some countries have restrictions on the import of herbs and plant products. We would recommend that you check before ordering to avoid items being seized at customs as we are unable to refund for these items. It is also worth bearing in mind that, although in our experience it is rare, if your parcel is stopped by customs, you may need to pay import taxes.

Please see Terms and Conditions for information on non delivery of goods, damaged goods and return of goods.
