Payment & Delivery

Payment: We accept payment via Stripe and PayPal. These are both secure services and we do not see any of your payment details. The payment providers will just send us a notification of payment email. 

Postage and Delivery:

We currently use Royal Mail for the majority of our orders and 2nd class postage is used as standard. We may need to use a courier (Evri) for bulky and heavy orders which are over the Royal Mail limits. On orders over £50 we wil upgrade postage to 1st class free of charge if they are under the 2kg Royal Mail weight limit. 

Our prices are as follows but are subject to change without notice:

Large Letter rate: £2.00

2nd class £3.99

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days of ordering, though please do allow extra time during busy periods. If there is to be any further delay we will notify you by email. Our working week is Monday to Friday not including Bank Holidays. We do not post out on a Saturday.

If a item is returned to us then it will be the customers responsibility to cover any extra postage required to resend the item. 

Overseas Customers: Please not that we are currently only posting to the UK Mainland and Scottish Islands for orders from our website shop, this sadly also applies to our subscription box which is only available to the UK.
