A very tactile heart thumb stone, also known as worry stones.

Black obsidian is a natural volcanic glass known for grounding, protection against negative energy, and deep emotional reflection.

Hold a piece of black obsidian in your palm during quiet reflection to help anchor your energy, clear mental clutter, and confront hidden truth.

How to use a worry stone/ thumbstone
A worry stone is a smooth, flat stone featuring a small thumb-sized indentation.

The Basic Technique: Hold the stone between your thumb and forefinger (or in your palm), placing your thumb directly into the groove.
The Motion: Rub your thumb slowly back and forth across the indentation (roughly one pass every two seconds) using light pressure.
Pair with Breathing: Combine the movement with paced breathing—inhale slowly as you hold or turn the stone, and exhale slowly as you release tension in your shoulders.
When to Use It: reach for it during moments of anxiousness, in public when you need a quiet fidget outlet, during a mini 60-second mindfulness check-in, or while trying to wind down before sleep.
