A very tactile heart thumb stone, also known as worry stones.

Bloodstone (also known as heliotrope) is a dark green chalcedony stone flecked with red iron oxide or hematite inclusions, historically and metaphysically revered for its grounding, protective, and vitalizing properties.

It is considered a stone of the warrior, traditionally worn to boost physical endurance, bolster willpower, and help overcome challenges or enemies.

Strongly linked to the root chakra and the heart chakra, it anchors physical energy, calms emotional turmoil, and promotes a sense of security.

Often associated with Aries, Pisces, and Libra, and recognized as a traditional birthstone for March.

How to use a worry stone/ thumbstone
A worry stone is a smooth, flat stone featuring a small thumb-sized indentation.

The Basic Technique: Hold the stone between your thumb and forefinger (or in your palm), placing your thumb directly into the groove.
The Motion: Rub your thumb slowly back and forth across the indentation (roughly one pass every two seconds) using light pressure.
Pair with Breathing: Combine the movement with paced breathing—inhale slowly as you hold or turn the stone, and exhale slowly as you release tension in your shoulders.
When to Use It: reach for it during moments of anxiousness, in public when you need a quiet fidget outlet, during a mini 60-second mindfulness check-in, or while trying to wind down before sleep.
