Please note that whilst it is called Amber resin, it is a product created in India. Indian Amber Resin is manufactured from a soft compound or masala made in India rather than natural fossil amber which is rare and expensive. It is hand-blended using a mix of plant gums and aromatic resins, such as: Benzoin, Styrax Resin, Galanum to name just a few and then floral essential oils and natural binders such as Beeswax or Ghee are also sometimes used.
